Mathias Müller
Mathias Müller and Daniel Niggli were born in 1966 and 1970 respectively.They received their Diplomas in Architecture from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich. Müller was a project architect at Bürgin Nissen Wentzlaff architects and worked at Herzog & de Meuron in 1997 before establishing EM2N with Niggli in the same year. Prior to that, Niggli worked as a project architect at VMX Architects. They were visiting professors at Swiss Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne in 2005 and have been visiting professors at ETH Zurich since 2009. Recent projects include the Public Records Office Canton Basel-Landschaft (a+u 09:06). (a+u 10:08)
 

Daniel Niggli
